  • Services may be suspended or terminated if fees are unpaid

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation requests are subject to the following:

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the transaction date
  • Refund requests are evaluated case by case, without prejudice to your legal rights
  • No refunds for fraud or unlawful transactions
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method
  • Transaction fees are non-refundable

  • All copyrights, trademarks, and other IP rights are protected

9. Suspension and Termination

Upon termination, remaining balances and legal obligations remain in effect.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation.

If disputes cannot be resolved, courts in Sheridan, Wyoming have jurisdiction.
